The casino replaces the Eldorado Casino on Henderson's Water Street
Transforming the former Eldorado Casino in less than three months, DeSimone Gaming has officially opened The Pass Casino, designed with locals as their target audience and creating another welcome attraction for Henderson’s evolving Water Street District.

The largest of three casinos in the neighborhood and located next door to the recently remodeled Rainbow Club & Casino, The Pass is a sibling to owner Joseph DeSimone’s other property, the 89-year-old Railroad Pass Casino. Gamblers will be able to accrue points with their Player’s Junction Club card at both locations and a daily 10-minute shuttle ride will eventually ferry customers between the two sites.

Among the casino’s upgraded amenities, The Pass sports bar, open 24/7 and featuring bar-top gaming and TVs mounted overheard, plus a new lounge, The Silver Bar.

Replacing the retro-themed Mary’s Diner, the casual dining Emilia’s Café will also be open around the clock and takes its name from DeSimone’s daughter.

Designed with dark woods, booth seating, and cream finishes, The Pass is now accepting reservations at the Ristorante Italiano, its self-described “elegant” dining option, planned to be open Thursday through Sunday.
