Virgin Hotels Las Vegas opened on Thursday, March 25, 2021. After a series of delays from the pandemic, the day has finally arrived, with the former Hard Rock Hotel location kicking things off in style with a massive grand opening celebration.
It features 1,504 fully renovated rooms and suites in three buildings: the Canyon Tower, Opal Tower, and Ruby Tower. The Ruby Tower is an all-suite building. It is a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton. They have no resort fees, free wi-fi and free self parking. The theme is modern desert.
The casino is run by Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment. It is the first Native American tribe to operate a Las Vegas casino. It features 30,000 square feet of gaming space. The Race & Sports Book is called Money, Baby! and is run by Betfred Sports US. The Sports Book has not opened yet and the pool is still under construction.
